Award the "gardener award" for the instructor of the finalists, the "excellent gardener award" for the instructor of the winners, the "organization award" and the "player recommendation unit award" for the selected units (please submit the name of the unit in advance).
| Rules of Competition
1. Competitors have unlimited nationality, but they must be legal citizens; all rounds of competitions are open to the public;
2. Once the entries have been reported, they can not be changed, otherwise they will be disqualified.
3. Participants should not be late. If they are not present 30 minutes before the start of the competition, they will be disqualified (the local cooperative institutions organize the selection competitions);
4. The order of contest appearances is decided by the draw of lots. If the contestants are absent, they are drawn by the general assembly.
5. Competitors should wear formal clothes to participate in the competition and show their identification materials (ID/passport/student card/driver's license, etc.).
6. In the course of the competition, the jury and the participants will be separated by screens, and the judges can not know who the players are (to avoid factors other than music affecting the results);
7. If there is any learning experience between the competitors and the judges, they must inform the chairman of the judges before the start of the competition and arrange for necessary avoidance (otherwise, the results of the competition will be cancelled).
8. Competitors must recite music and repeat the repertoire in each round of the competition.
9. Lower or higher than the required playing time will directly affect the results of this round of competitions (handled by the jury at its discretion);
10. In the preliminary competition, the director of the on-site judges may choose to terminate the performances of the contestants (without affecting the performance of the contestants);
11. Competitors in other groups may compete in other groups if they are within the specified age range (up to 2 groups for each individual);
12. The judges will score the music works according to the interpretations of the players and the selected works. The decision made by the jury after the evaluation is the final result of the competition (the highest score and the lowest score are removed, and the final average score is taken as the final result of the competition).
13. The preliminary results will be announced on the spot after the competition.
14. Competitors must obey the organizing committee's arrangements, abide by the rules of the competition and respect the judgement results, otherwise they will be disqualified.
15. The first three finalists in each group will automatically qualify for the next year's finals.
| Registration Method
1. Prepare a photocopy of passport/ID card and two recent 2-inch color front bareheaded photos of individuals;
Go to www.GHMIGF.com or the Wechat Public Number of the Arts Festival to download the application form and bring the completed application form with a copy of the identity card to the venue.
2. The application materials must be true and complete, otherwise the Organizing Committee has the right to refuse the application.
3. Electronic payment (operated on authorized Wechat Public Number) is assisted by the selected instructor.
4. Qualification fee: 200 yuan per person;
5. Qualification deadline: June 13, 2019.
6. After passing the Qualification Competition, you will be eligible to participate in the Shenzhen Main Competition Area. Please enter www.GHMIGF.com or the Wechat Public Number of the Arts Festival in time to download the application form for registration.
| Other considerations
1. The judges of the preliminary and final competitions of each project group are composed of guitar artists, professional guitar teachers and music critics (including the second round of the open group competition);
2. There are not less than five judges in each group in all the preliminary competitions.
3. There are not less than seven judges in each group of the final competitions of all events.
4. Participants will be provided with the Entry Certificate, a copy of the entry rules of the Guitar Competition and all relevant information.
5. Participants should bring their own musical instruments (the inconvenient audio and percussion instruments can be rented by the instructor to the Organizing Committee, but the rental requirements should be notified in writing to the Organizing Committee before the competition);
6. In order to ensure the order of the competition venue, all competitors can be accompanied by a relative or friend to enter the competition venue. Without the permission of the organizing committee, they are not allowed to take photographs or videos on the competition venue. The remaining accompanying personnel are required to purchase tickets to enter the competition and submit to the management of the staff.
7. All winners are obliged to participate in the concert, video and broadcasting of the winners organized by the Organizing Committee of the Competition. Those who refuse to participate are deemed to give up the awards automatically. The Organizing Committee has the right to withdraw the awards and related certificates.
8. Parents must strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee and must not interfere with the normal rehearsal of the competition.
| Organizing Committee Statement
1. The Organizing Committee shall have the right to use the images, images and names provided by all competitors during the competition and for subsequent follow-up reports, news publicity, website publicity, picture album printing, etc.
2. The Organizing Committee enjoys the right to use the image of the competitors and other rights and interests related to the whole process of the event.
3. The Organizing Committee shall have the right to terminate the activity if it is unable to carry out the activity due to policy adjustment or other irresistible factors.
4. If the number of applicants for a certain group does not reach the required number for the second round, the organizing committee has the right to cancel the group or adjust the award settings.
